Dear Trading Partner/Factory:

As the seasons change, Burlington continues to evolve.
Shortly, our San Bernardino, CA distribution center will be implementing our new warehouse management system (WMS). As we ramp up our new system,
there will be a period where we may opt to receive your goods at another nearby facility based on capacity and conversion efforts. This will be managed
by our scheduling and planning group. If you have any questions with regard to this matter, please feel free to email
bcf.scheduling.west@coat.com.
As with our Edgewater Park, NJ distribution center last year, the advent of WMS mandates a high level of ASN and UCC128 label compliance. It is important
that you follow the guidelines for ASN/UCC fulfillment as published in our
Vendor Manual.
Please contact our EDI department (
edi.support@coat.com) if your company needs assistance in fulfilling
Burlington EDI technical requirements. Timely, accurate ASNs are paramount.
Further, as part of several initiatives, Burlington will be intensifying our interest in pre-ticketing compliance. Remember, both Burlington and our
trading partners experience accelerated sales when the correct tickets are applied on the correct goods.
We look forward to a mutually prosperous 2010.
Sincerely,
Michael Abruzzi
